Dad, I made some welsh cakes today and when they were ready I sprinkled them with caster sugar. I asked myself why am I sprinkling them with sugar as I never used to do that, then I remembered that when you first tried my welsh cakes you said you preferred them sprinkled with sugar on the outsides so I changed the way I made them from then on. I'll carry on doing it that way. I wish you could have one now. Love you and miss you dad xxxxxx
